JOB DETAILS: CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN-SITE SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a competent & experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites. As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner.
Construction Foreman duties and responsibilities- Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
- Making & maintaining a team of Masons, Carpenters, Painters, Helpers and Other Site Workers
- Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment’s, cost estimates & evaluations
- Ability to read & execute drawings, plans and blueprints
- Liaise with clients, contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes for the project
- Proven experience as construction foreman across technical services/general maintenance works
- Minimum 3 years of UAE/GCC experience
- Excellent knowledge of industry, construction operations, techniques, equipment’s, tools & materials
- Good time-management skills and Ability to multi-task
- Having a valid UAE driving license and familiarity with roads and routes of UAE
- Engineer or diploma in Civil/Skilled trade

The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require technical, supervisor, construction, foreman, operations, team, site, general, monitor, procedures, cost, site supervision, execution, contractors, maintenance, civil, fitout mandatory skills.
This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
Salary vary between 4k to 5k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
