We are looking for a highly organised and confident Estimation Coordinator / Junior Estimation Engineer to support our Estimation and QS team during live tenders.
This role is ideal for someone with early‑career estimation or tender experience who values structure, clarity, and working in a supportive, well‑defined environment. It suits a professional who enjoys coordination, documentation, and working methodically to deadlines, with the opportunity to grow technical exposure over time.
What You’ll Do- Maintain tender trackers, registers, and submission logs
- Coordinate tender documentation and compliance checklists
- Issue subcontractor and supplier enquiries and follow up quotations
- Prepare comparison sheets and Dayworks BOQs (using pre‑approved rates)
- Assist with BOQ formatting and tender documentation
- Compile and submit tenders via client portals
- Coordinate brochures and capability documents with Sales and Business Functions
- Keep tender records accurate, organised, and audit‑ready
- Highly organised, detail‑driven, and reliable
- Confident communicating with QSs, Estimation Managers, Sales teams, and suppliers
- Calm under pressure and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
- Proactive, structured, and keen to develop technical skills at a sustainable pace
- 3–5 years’ experience in estimation support, junior estimating, or tender coordination
- Background in construction, fit‑out, interiors, or a related field
- Strong Excel and document‑control skills
- Familiarity with BOQs and tender processes
An engineering or construction qualification and exposure to estimation software (e.g. Candy) is an advantage, but not essential.
