Site Supervisor

Role Overview

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites. As part of our team in Dubai, ensuring project objectives are achieved efficiently, safely, and within established timelines. Your leadership and expertise will ensure that teams perform effectively while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Supervise and coordinate activities of site workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Enforce safety procedures and site regulations at all times.
• Review and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily work reports and materials usage.
• Facilitate clear communication between project managers, engineers, and the onsite workforce.
• Identify and resolve onsite issues or conflicts promptly.
• Ensure site cleanliness, security, and proper material storage.

• Proven experience as a site supervisor or a similar supervisory role in construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Sound knowledge of construction procedures, safety guidelines, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Relevant educational background, such as a diploma or degree in civil engineering or construction management, is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
