Senior Landscape Engineer

The Senior Landscape Engineer will be responsible for managing and supervising landscape construction works, ensuring projects are delivered in line with approved designs, specifications, timelines, quality standards, and budgets. The role requires strong technical expertise, site experience, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise landscape construction activities across projects, including softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and related infrastructure works.
- Review and interpret landscape drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements to ensure accurate execution on site.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with HSE standards, project specifications, and approved schedules.
- Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and provide timely technical solutions.
- Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and mock-ups related to landscape works.
- Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of landscape works.
- Prepare and review progress reports, schedules, and variation assessments.
- Support cost control by monitoring quantities, minimizing rework, and managing change requests.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and site teams.
- Liaise closely with planning, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in landscape construction, preferably within large-scale residential, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in site execution rather than design-only roles.
- Proven knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, utilities coordination, and finishes.
- Experience working in the UAE or GCC is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
