As a Foreman at ALEC FITOUT, you’ll play a key role in crafting high-end interiors for luxury spaces across hospitality, retail, and commercial developments. This is your opportunity to lead by example through coordination, supervision, and technical excellence.

You will report to the Construction/Project Manager and play a pivotal role within the site team, overseeing day-to-day operations of Fitout works and ensuring high-quality execution in alignment with project standards, timelines, and safety procedures.

As a Foreman
, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for high-end fit-out works
• Coordinate tradesmen and labour teams to deliver top-quality results
• Ensure compliance with safety, schedule, and quality standards
• Read and interpret drawings to guide your team effectively
• Report progress and proactively address site issues

• 5+ years' experience in a Foreman role within a fit-out company
• Strong understanding of trades such as wood, marble, painting, glazing
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage teams and drive site productivity
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Joinery experience is desirable
