Facade Manager

Overview

The Facade Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of facade construction and maintenance for a construction project. This includes coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the facade meets quality standards and deadlines.

• Coordinate and oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of the facade in alignment with project requirements.
• Manage facade construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards related to facade construction.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any design or construction issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor the progress and quality of the facade installation.
• Keep stakeholders informed of project status, budget, and any potential delays or issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in facade construction and management in the construction industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards related to facade construction.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the construction process.
