Specifically, the successful candidate will provide pre and post-contract excellence across the full project lifecycle. Furthermore, this role is unique because it is designed for talented professionals who have no prior Middle East experience, allowing you to transition your career to the global stage.

• Professional Status: You must hold full MRICS Chartered Status.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of Quantity Surveying experience, with the majority gained in the UK or Ireland.
• Consultancy Background: At least 3 years of experience specifically within a Cost Consultancy (PQS) or Client-side organisation.
• Project Expertise: Demonstrable experience in Residential projects (Villas or Apartments).
• Education: A BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.

  Proficiency in CostX or similar measurement software.
