Job SkillsMinimum 10-12 years of exp, out of which 4-6 years should be of head or senior authority role.
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Proficient in English.
Should have Arabic Knowledge.
Understanding of Pre/Post contract procedures including familiarity with FIDIC conditions of contract.
