Site Supervisor - Interior Fitout
Alchemist Fitout, a leading luxury fit-out company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage high‑end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior fit-out, project coordination, and site supervision. This role requires ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized site.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate all fit‑out works on‑site, ensuring compliance with drawings, project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Manage and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and labor
, ensuring smooth execution of work. - Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations on‑site.
- Monitor material deliveries and site resources to prevent project delays.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Proactively identify and resolve site‑related issues to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and UAE regulations.
- Handle snag lists and ensure timely closure.
- Drive to multiple sites as per project requirements.
- Ensure works are executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project manager, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor quality, workmanship, and safety compliance.

Experience: Minimum 3‑5 years in site supervision for fit‑out projects

- Strong knowledge of fit‑out processes, materials, and construction techniques
. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with UAE regulations and safety standards
. - Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
