• External Glass Cleaning (Normal Wash):
  Three (2x) per year

• Rope Access method in accordance with IRATA procedures.
• Works to comply with Dubai Municipality and UAE Civil Defense safety regulations.

• PPM consumables included.
• Only eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning chemicals shall be used.

• Site Supervisor / Rope Access Level III (IRATA Certified).
• Rope Access Technicians Level I / II (IRATA Certified, with valid certificates and logbooks).
• All staff shall wear uniforms and full PPE (coverall, hi-visibility vest, safety shoes, gloves, helmets, harness, safety glasses, ear protection as required).

• Harness:
  Petzl Navaho Bod Croll Fast EN 361/358/813
• Ropes:
  Low Stretch ropes EN1891 Type A
• Slings & signage: EN 566 / EN 795
• Other PPE as necessary

• All works to follow safe working practices, considering building location and climatic conditions.
• Contractor responsible for securing all required work permits.
• Work schedules to be shared in advance for each elevation; barricading and ground safety to be coordinated with HOAM.
• Vendor shall notify HOAM of any broken façade glass or unsafe condition observed during work.
• Work shall not proceed in unsuitable weather (rain, high winds, storms).
• All debris/waste generated must be removed and disposed of by the contractor.
• Work shall be executed during regular working hours unless otherwise approved.
• Completion report with photographs for each service cycle.
• Cleaning certificate issued after each cycle.
• Safety briefing and toolbox talk records for all manpower.
• Rectification clause:
  Any incomplete or unsatisfactory cleaning reported within 7 calendar days of service completion must be rectified by the contractor at no additional cost.

• Work areas shall be barricaded with signage; public safety measures strictly enforced.
• Contractor responsible for supervision to ensure acceptable quality.
• Contractor shall bear sole liability for injuries or damages arising during work.
