Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for assisting the Quantity Surveyor in whatever is required in submitting the necessary payment application on time, taking measurements, gathering drawings signed by the respective engineers and quantifying works. moreover, to proceed with the necessary follow up post IPA submission in order to get the PC, submit tax invoice sand followed by payment.
Qualifications- contracting experience is a must
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor is a must.
- Skilled in Contract Negotiation and possessing strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- expert in planswift and auto cad - must.
