Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Site Engineer will oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, supervising civil engineering activities, and addressing technical issues to meet deadlines and project specifications.
Collaboration with team members and regular reporting to project managers are key aspects of this role.
- Proven experience in on-site construction management, including overseeing daily field operations and addressing site-related challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Expertise in Quality Control measures and maintaining industry standards to guarantee the quality of construction projects.
- Thorough knowledge of Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles related to building construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in project execution.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and safety guidelines in the UAE.
- Experience in the Commercial, Residential, or Hospitality sectors is a plus.
