Fit-Out Approvals Manager –

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Approvals Manager to join our team in Dubai, working on high-profile commercial, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments. This role is critical to ensuring all fit-out works are fully compliant with local authority regulations, project requirements, and client expectations, while maintaining programme and quality standards.

• Manage and oversee all fit-out authority approvals from design through to completion
• Liaise with Dubai authorities and master developers (e.g. Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, Emaar, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal design, construction, and commercial teams to ensure timely submissions and approvals
• Review fit-out drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents for compliance
• Track approval status, manage approval schedules, and mitigate delays impacting the project programme
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all approvals-related matters
• Ensure compliance with HSE, fire life safety, sustainability, and local authority regulations
• Support handover and completion processes, including as-built documentation and final approvals

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 8–12 years’ experience in fit-out projects within the UAE, preferably with Tier 1 contractors
• Strong working knowledge of Dubai authority approval processes and regulations
• Proven experience managing approvals for large-scale, high-value fit-out projects
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple approvals simultaneously
• Proficient in AutoCAD, document control systems, and MS Office
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
