We are hiring – Authority Approvals Officer/ Junior Public Relations Officer – Fit-Out / Construction

We are seeking a Liaison Engineer (Authority Approvals) to manage and obtain all required permits, NOCs and approvals from government authorities and master developers for fit‑out and construction projects. This role requires hands‑on UAE fit‑out project experience and the ability to independently handle authority submissions from start to finish
. The ideal candidate must already be familiar with UAE authority systems, portals and approval workflows and be able to manage the process without training
.

• Independently manage all authority approvals for interior fit‑out and construction projects
• Prepare, submit, track and close approvals and NOCs with:
  Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, EMAAR, DEWA, Civil Defence, Concordia, RTA
• Obtain NOCs, permits, drawing approvals, completion certificates and TOC
• Regularly follow up with authorities to avoid delays and project stoppages
• Maintain clear approval trackers and documentation records

• Prepare, review and submit drawings, forms and approval applications as per authority requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, designers and project teams to ensure accurate and complete submission packages
• Maintain organized records of approvals, permits and official correspondence

• Coordinate directly with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants and Designers
• Align authority approvals with project schedules
• Attend authority inspections and site visits
• Flag approval risks, missing documents or delays before they impact execution

• Ensure all submissions and works comply with local authority regulations, building codes and project guidelines
• Stay updated on changes in authority rules, procedures and approval requirements
• Communication & Follow‑Ups
• Act as the main liaison between the company and all authorities
• Attend meetings with authorities, consultants and clients when required
• Track submission status and provide regular approval updates to management

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction
• 2–4 years UAE experience specifically in authority approvals for fit‑out or construction
• Proven experience dealing with DM, DDA, Trakhees, Concordia, Nakheel, EMAAR and Civil Defence
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong follow‑up, coordination and communication skills
• UAE Driving License preferred
