IIQAF Group is hiring a hardworking and reliable Civil Helper to support construction activities across our building and infrastructure projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and civil engineers, ensuring smooth daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities- Assist in construction site preparation and material handling
- Support civil workers in concrete mixing, brickwork, plastering, and general construction tasks
- Load and unload construction materials and tools
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site environment
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and civil engineers
- Operate basic hand tools and assist in equipment setup
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction safety regulations and site safety standards
- Help with scaffolding setup and basic structural support tasks
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Civil Helper, Construction Laborer, or Site Worker preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Awareness of construction site safety procedures
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects in Dubai
- Familiarity with concrete work, masonry, and general civil construction tasks
- Basic understanding of construction equipment and machinery
