Construction manager - Fit

Summary

The Construction Manager - Fit Out is responsible for overseeing and managing the fit-out construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of fit-out construction projects.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules.
• Manage project budget, including cost estimation, budget forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status.
• Manage and lead a team of construction professionals and site personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships throughout the project.

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, specifically in fit-out projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Certification in Project Management or similar field is a plus.
