Construction Project Manager

Role Overview

Mira construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to take full responsibility for managing a construction project from start to finish. The role involves overall supervision of the site, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budget, maintaining quality standards, and managing client relationships. The work‑format: on‑site (Project Office, Construction Site)

• Provide overall leadership and management of the construction project.
• Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong communication and trust.
• Coordinate the work of all project stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, construction teams, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, progress, and issues for stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead project meetings, resolve conflicts, and make key operational decisions to keep the project on track.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in large‑scale construction UAE projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and UAE regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
