Scope of work - Entire building External Facade painting after rectification of damaged plaster and crack. (Including ceiling and column area, and wall area, firefighting pipeline painting) if any drainage pipeline needs to rectify

• To clean all the affected surfaces across the entire building elevations, removal of loose plaster, flaking, peel up paint, cleaning dirt and all contaminants by scraping and sanding.
• To repair and fill all cracks using an appropriate exterior grade filler or sealant suitable for external facade application.
• Plaster, repaired and crack filling area to be matched same Texture as existing.
• Apply a suitable external primer to repaired areas and across the entire building facade after smooth surface preparation to ensure proper adhesion of the new paint system.
• To apply two coats of high quality, weather resistant exterior paint suitable for the local conditions after primer.
• Primer and external paint to be applied from Jotun (Jota-shield)
• The work should be carried out by necessary rope access system, scaffolding or man lift is with contractor scope.
• The work should be carried out with full safety ensuring full compliance with worker safety regulations.
• To provide adequate protective coverings to shield adjacent surfaces and surrounding areas from paint splatter and damage during the execution of work.
• The contractor is sole responsible for the safety of worker specially work at height and damages during execution of work.
• The contractor should get prior to Authority approval if required.
• Uniform finishing and color require as per approved sample.
• Site visit must to check all the entire area and quantity.
• Variation not acceptable.
• Contractor shall ensure proper protection, cleaning, and disposal of debris as per DM Guidelines upon completion of work.

Submission of material datasheets and color samples catalogue from JOTUN for approval prior to execution.

Sample to be applied for approval before execution.

Warranty : 5 year for workmanship and material.
