The role involves critical responsibilities including quantity take-offs, pricing analysis, and subcontractor coordination during the pre-contract stage. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 5-12 years of UAE experience, strong knowledge of market rates, and must be proficient in CCS Candy software.
