Site Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer to manage and supervise civil construction works including villa projects, landscape, and interior fit-out coordination. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, and site coordination.

• Plan, design, and supervise civil construction activities.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site supervisors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage materials, quantities, and technical approvals.
• Resolve site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and UAE regulations.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress and technical reports.
• Support project planning, estimation, and billing processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant construction/site experience.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Knowledge of villa construction, landscape & fit-out works is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQ & site execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
