We are looking for a skilled Construction Manager specializing in Mechanical projects to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects related to mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within budget and timeline constraints.

• Manage and oversee all mechanical aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budget plans, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Conduct regular inspections and safety audits on‑site.

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in mechanical projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Certification in project management is a plus.
