Job Brief:

Our client is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects in Dubai, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and claims.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• RERA License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Civil and MEP coordination.
• Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle.
• Experience handling contractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Project planning, budgeting, execution, and handover.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

• High-rise residential/commercial building projects.
• Must have prior UAE project experience.
