Civil Rebar Foreman

We are hiring a skilled Rebar Foreman to manage the execution of reinforcement works  role demands strong understanding of BBS, structural drawings, and team leadership, particularly in high-rise construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise rebar cutting, bending, and installation as per approved drawings.
• Ensure correct bar marking and placement per BBS.
• Coordinate with storekeeper and site engineer for material tracking.
• Inspect shuttering and formwork before reinforcement works begin.
• Maintain productivity, minimize wastage, and ensure safety on site.
• Manage a team of steel fixers and helpers with task delegation.

• ITI/Diploma in Civil or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in rebar works for high-rise structures.
• Ability to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules.

• Leadership and team supervision skills.
