Director of Construction

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Director of Construction to join our team in Dubai.

• Lead and manage the full construction cycle from mobilization to final handover
• Oversee projects with proven handover experience in the Dubai
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE regulations
• Manage contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure quality control, HSE compliance, and site performance
• Coordinate with authorities and internal stakeholders
• Monitor schedules, costs, risks, and report to top management

• 5+ years of construction experience
  , mandatory Dubai experience
• Proven track record of completed and handed‑over buildings in Dubai
• Experience working with developers and/or main contractors
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Solid knowledge of UAE construction standards and approval processes
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
