A leading construction consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled post-contract Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial activities and provide expert consultancy for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Middle East. Skills in cost estimation software and excellent negotiation capabilities are crucial.
The role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
