Salary: AED 6,500 – AED 7,500 per month
- Operate excavators and related heavy machinery for digging, trenching, and site preparation
- Perform loading, unloading, and movement of construction materials
- Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow site plans, blueprints, and instructions from supervisors
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction safety regulations and machinery operation standards
- Coordinate with site teams to optimize workflow and project timelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Report any mechanical issues or operational challenges promptly
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator, Heavy Equipment Operator, or Construction Machinery Operator
- Ability to operate excavators safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and PPE usage
- Understanding of excavation techniques and site preparation standards
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Valid UAE heavy machinery or excavator operator license/certification
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects in Dubai
- Familiarity with other construction equipment like backhoes, loaders, or bulldozers
