Projects Manager – Fit-out

Our client is among the most highly respected conglomerates in the Middle East, their portfolio of companies are responsible for managing well established multinational brands across several industries including automotive, real estate, logistics, building industries and interiors/fit-out. They are looking for Projects Manager to join their fit-out team in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Operations and you will be responsible to;

• Full responsibility for the assigned Projects
• Deliver the assigned projects within the agreed budget, assigned time schedule and to the full satisfaction of the projects
• Full collection of all the receivables
• Read & understand all aspects of the contract commercially and technically identify and inform about risks and opportunity
• Reviews Project Plan, Scope of Works, Specification and Schedule. Identifies possible Project Cost Savings measures, possible variations to Project Scope of Works. Identify potential Construction Risk and Problems.
• Prepares Project Time Schedule and Resource Plan.
• Identify potential risks impacting the project schedule and take necessary action.
• Assists in preparation of project budget. Prepares general condition to budget.
• Assists in mobilization / assembly the job site office and equipment requirements.
• Is confident in own ability to intelligently communicate with main contractor and design team, as well as effective interface with other trade.
• Expedites all shop drawings, high quality material procurement plan data sheet, mock up and their approach.
• Monitors and maintains the proper construction schedule on a weekly basis.
• Raises and discusses relevant issues at the job site meetings.
• Identifies all variations to Scope of Work and maintain current variation order log.
• Monitors site safely and ensure that the main contractor’s project requirement for the HSE enforced.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architecture
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project Management
• Knowledge in Primavera P6, MS Project, AUTO CAD
• Good in communication skills and Project correspondence
