Land Surveyor- High Rise Buildings -Developers​/Contracting Exp

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with a strong background in contracting and building projects to perform site surveying, setting out, measurements, and coordination for construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure all survey works are completed accurately and in accordance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and local regulations.

• Conduct land and construction surveys using total stations, GPS, levels, and other surveying equipment.
• Perform site setting out for buildings, roads, utilities, and infrastructure works.
• Verify dimensions, elevations, and coordinates according to approved drawings.
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, records, sketches, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, architects, and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with survey data.
• Establish benchmarks and reference points on construction sites.
• Ensure survey equipment is calibrated and maintained properly.
• Assist in quantity calculations and earthwork measurements when required.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between site conditions and design drawings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contracting or building construction projects.
• Proficient in using surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and related software.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and site execution procedures.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or surveying software is preferred.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and under site conditions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of local municipality and construction regulations.
• Ability to prepare as-built documentation and coordinate with QA/QC teams.
