- Conduct inspection and rectification of damaged rooftop cladding and façade panels at multiple locations.
- Remove and replace damaged/disoriented ACP cladding panels along the rooftop parapet edge.
- Reinforce rooftop claddings with proper structural mounting / frame support.
- Repair and reseal failed joints using high‑quality weather‑resistant sealant.
- Rectify open gaps observed in façade panels and cladding systems.
- Repair defective waterproofing membrane terminations to prevent water ingress.
- Carry out waterproofing and corrosion protection works in affected areas.
- Ensure proper alignment, fixing, and finishing of façade cladding panels.
- Conduct final inspection and testing to ensure structural stability and waterproof integrity.
- Clean the work area and remove debris after completion of works.
