Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Dubai. As a Pakistani national, you will have a strong understanding of the local construction industry and regulations. • Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Determine project timelines, budgets, and resources needed
• Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
• Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders regularly
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
• Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and codes

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations in Dubai
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software
• Pakistani national preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month (part-time)
