Civil Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Civil Foreman to lead and supervise construction site activities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will coordinate teams, ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards, playing a key role in the success of our construction projects in the dynamic UAE market.

• Oversee and manage daily construction activities on site to ensure efficient progress.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to guide work execution.
• Manage resources and materials to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
• Report project status, delays, and issues to project managers.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication between workers, management, and clients.

• Proven minimum 3 years experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in construction or safety management are advantageous.
