Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Develop baseline programs, look-ahead plans and recovery schedules.
- Monitor project progress, delays and critical paths.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers and QS teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Track manpower, materials and equipment planning.
- Support EOT claims and delay analysis.
- Ensure planning aligns with construction and fit-out timelines.
- Construction project experience.
- Interior fit-out experience.
- 5–10 years relevant experience in UAE.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel.
- Good knowledge of construction sequencing and site coordination.
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
