Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
- Support project team with site‑based QS activities.
- Monitor project costs, variations and assist in budgeting and valuations.
- Utilise estimation software such as Candy or similar.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate project costing.
- Landscape Construction
- Pre Contract
- Post Contract
- Bidding
- Tendering
- Preparation of BOQs
- 5–6 years of relevant GCC experience
- Experience in landscape construction and/or maintenance projects
- Strong site‑based QS experience
- Proficiency in estimation software (Candy or similar)
- Strong analytical and cost management skills
- Male candidate preferred
