Manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects including estimating, budgeting, and contract management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Monitor project expenses and manage cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and evaluate contractor bills, variations, and claims.
- Conduct risk analysis and provide cost-saving recommendations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure financial compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and produce regular cost reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.
- Proficiency in QS software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations preferred.
