Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in Dubai, UAE, to lead pre-contract commercial and cost management for a high-end residential community project. The role requires significant experience in consultancy-led project environments and a focus on master-planned projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and at least 12 years in the construction industry, with 5 years specifically in the GCC region.
