Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct MEP subcontractors and MEP in‑house team from the time of contract award to the project's completion.
- Check shop drawings and ensure the same are in line with the tender requirements.
- Prepare and submit the material submittal in line with the specification.
- Provide the work schedule for the day‑to‑day activities at site.
- Ensure material utilization is in line with the tender quantity.
- Day‑to‑day coordination with other trades:
Civil, Arch, Joinery. - Ensure the work is completed in line with the project specification method statement.
- Ensure the submission and approval of the WIR MIR.
- Participate in weekly meetings with subcontractors and the project team.
- Ensure the project work completion, including NCR closing and the Closeout documents as per the requirements of the project.
Experience of 3+ years in the interior fit‑out industry.
