Client of Sbh consultancy is seeking a qualified candidate to manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects in Dubai. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, monitoring expenses, evaluating contractor claims, and conducting risk analysis.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, possess 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, and have strong knowledge of QS software and UAE construction standards.
