Quantity Surveyor (Post-Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in managing post-contract activities for villa developments, residential buildings, and high-rise projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in cost control, estimation, procurement, and commercial management, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and contractual compliance.

• Preparation and submission of Interim Payment Applications (IPAs) and payment certificates.
• BOQ preparation and verification from tender contract documents and shop drawings.
• On-site and off-site quantity verification for payments and variation works.
• Evaluation of contractor and subcontractor quotations and preparation of comparison reports.
• Negotiation of pricing, project timelines and claims with contractors and suppliers.
• Cost monitoring and reporting against project budgets, including CVRs and tender reports.
• Management of subcontractor accounts and procurement quantification.
• Participation in project meetings highlighting risks, variations, and wastage control.
• Preparation of final accounts, variation proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Maintenance of strong working relationships with clients, consultants, site teams, and subcontractors.

• Education:
  
  B.Tech in Civil Engineering or
  
  B.Sc. QS.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 7–10 years in Quantity Surveying with significant exposure to villa projects, residential buildings, and high-rise construction in Dubai.
• Consultancy background considered first priority.
