Site Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities for aluminium and glass works.
- Manage installers, foremen, and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Manager, and main contractor.
- Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly status.
- Ensure quality control for aluminium profiles, glass fittings, and sealants.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations.
- Check materials delivered to site and report shortages or damages.
- Attend site meetings and inspections when required.
- Strong site coordination skills.
- Hands‑on experience in façade, windows, doors, and glass installations.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, façades, and glass partitions.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in UAE/GCC projects preferred.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
