We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join a contracting company in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project progress
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Monitor quality of materials, workmanship, and completed works
- Prepare site progress reports and highlight any delays or issues
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment requirements on‑site
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and UAE construction regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a contracting/construction company
- Strong skills in on‑site operations and project execution
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, methods, and materials
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- UAE driving license is required
