Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) from drawings and specifications ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for projects including material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess completed work, and identify variations or discrepancies.
- Assist in preparation and submission of payment applications to clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Has 2–4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimating software.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of construction contracts and legal requirements.
