Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: AED 30,000 – 35,000 per month + Benefits

Our client is a well-established Western-owned Project Management and Consultancy business with an outstanding reputation across the UAE. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Dubai team.

This is a client-facing position offering the opportunity to work across multiple high-profile projects, including commercial office fit-outs, hospitality and F&B developments, and luxury residential villas throughout Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of projects from pre-contract through to final account. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and project management teams, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved while maintaining the highest professional standards.

The role will be primarily based in Dubai, with site visits to Abu Dhabi typically once or twice per week as required.

• Manage all quantity surveying and commercial functions across multiple concurrent projects.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies.
• Lead procurement activities, including tender preparation, evaluation, and recommendation.
• Review and negotiate contractor variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and provide accurate commercial reporting.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Provide strategic commercial advice to clients and project teams.
• Attend client meetings and project progress reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
• Support business growth through exceptional client service and professional representation of the consultancy.

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years’ quantity surveying experience, including demonstrable UAE experience

• Previous consultancy experience is highly desirable.
• Ideally will have a background delivering fit-out projects, including commercial office space, F&B, hospitality, and high-end residential/villa developments.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE construction contracts, procurement processes, and commercial practices.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly polished, professional, and confident in client-facing environments.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
