Responsible for health, safety, and environmental management during the construction of a new Dubai Airport project, focusing on earthworks excavation, foundation construction, heavy machinery operations, and other general construction activities. Ensure site compliance with UAE general safety standards, Dubai Municipality / Civil Aviation construction safety regulations, and HSE requirements of the Main Contractor and End Client.

• Hiring and final site mobilization for this role are contingent on both resume approval and a successful interview with the End Client (or their representative).
• Candidates without the Client’s written approval will not be permitted to work on site.

• Deep excavations and slope stability
• Heavy machinery operation safety (excavators, cranes, loaders, dump trucks)
• Temporary electrical works and hot work
• Site traffic management and personnel access
• Dust control, noise mitigation, and other environmental measures
• Organize daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety briefings
• Perform daily safety inspections, identify hazards, and follow up on corrective actions
• Maintain safety records (hazard logs, training records, equipment checklists, etc.) and assist in preparing weekly/monthly HSE reports for the Main Contractor and Client
• Manage PPE issuance, usage, and maintenance
• Participate in incident / near-miss investigations and prepare investigation reports
• Coordinate with Main Contractor and Client HSE teams to implement all safety directives
• Assist new workers with airport site access procedures (e.g., airport pass application, induction safety training)

• Valid NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification
• Minimum 5 years of safety management experience, including at least 3 years of hands‑on site safety experience in UAE construction
• Dubai large‑scale project (airport, municipal, infrastructure) HSE experience preferred – familiar with airport construction site access and safety control procedures
• Familiar with UAE general construction safety standards (e.g., OHSMS, Dubai Municipality safety guidelines)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – able to communicate directly with Main Contractor and Client
• Fit for outdoor construction environment; immediate joiner preferred
• Must complete airport site access / induction procedures after onboarding (company will assist)
