Site Supervisor​/Project Manager; Site High-End Residential

Physically inspect all materials delivered to the site, verify the actual goods against the ordered quantities and specifications, and reject or flag any non-conforming items before installation. Monitor each trade and scope of work against the project timetable, ensuring all subcontractors keep to the agreed schedule and milestones. Verify that all work is executed strictly in accordance with approved shop drawings and specifications.

Coordinate, direct and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and trades on site, resolving sequencing conflicts and discrepancies as they arise. Carry out ongoing QA QC and snagging to the finish standard expected on ultra-luxury projects. Report site progress, risks and variations to the project management team in a timely and structured manner. Liaise with consultants, building management and relevant authorities, e.g. TRAKHEES, DCD, Nakheel where applicable.

Minimum 3 years of UAE site experience on high-end/luxury residential projects. Proven track record directing and supervising high-end residential and office fit-out/construction sites. Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings and BOQs. Solid knowledge of fit-out sequencing, MEP coordination and premium finishing trades (joinery, stone, sanitary, lighting, etc.). Fluent in English (written and spoken). Valid UAE driving license.
