We are a leading UAE-based company specializing in high-quality joinery solutions including wooden doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, toilet cubicles, lockers, benches, pergolas, decking, wooden flooring and wall padding. We serve a diverse range of clients including developers, educational institutions, hospitality groups, government entities, private organizations and individual clients.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the execution of Joinery Projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, good knowledge of drawings and BOQs, excellent coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced project environment.

• Review quotation requests and analyse drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to determine project requirements.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Prepare material submittals and method statements in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.
• Compile and prepare project documentation including Completion Certificates, Warranty Certificates, and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers regarding inquiries, quotations, and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation to support project progress, compliance, and quality standards.
• Prepare and generate quotations based on client inquiries.
• Prepare Pre-Qualification documents.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2+ years of UAE experience in quantity surveying or project coordination.
• Experience in the Joinery, Interior Fit-Out, or Construction industry is mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
