MEP​/Civil Supervisor

Job Overview

North Gates Technical & Contracting Services is urgently seeking an experienced MEP / Civil Supervisor to oversee residential maintenance, commercial fit‑out, renovation, MEP, and civil projects across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional with strong site supervision and project coordination experience.

• Supervise residential maintenance, commercial fit‑out, renovation, MEP, and civil works
• Coordinate daily site activities and monitor project progress
• Manage technicians, subcontractors, and site workforce
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and timelines
• Assist with estimation, quantity take‑offs, and basic project costing
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams
• Maintain site safety, quality standards, and operational efficiency
• Support project execution and timely completion of assigned works

• Strong experience in residential and commercial fit‑out supervision
• Experience in MEP and civil site coordination
• Knowledge of estimation, quantity take‑off, and basic costing
• Ability to supervise technicians, subcontractors, and site operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
• UAE or Gulf experience will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution
• Strong knowledge of civil construction and renovation works
• Strong knowledge of quantity take‑off and estimation processes
• Site supervision and project coordination Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Related Field (Estimated)
