Construction Manager; Russian Speaker

Overview

We are seeking a highly competent and results-driven Construction Manager to lead the execution of our construction projects across the UAE. The role involves managing all on-site construction activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring timely delivery, and upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects within the UAE and a strong track record of delivering complex developments on time and within budget.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction activities across assigned projects.
• Manage site operations, construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.), and safety standards.
• Monitor progress against project timelines and report updates to senior management.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, architects, MEP, and structural teams to resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Review and approve method statements, work programs, and construction schedules.
• Oversee quality control and assurance procedures throughout all phases of construction.
• Manage material procurement and logistics in coordination with the procurement department.
• Lead weekly site meetings and interface with stakeholders including clients, authorities, and consultants.
• Ensure effective implementation of HSE policies and procedures on-site.
• Support in project handover, testing, and commissioning processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction management, including experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, regulations, and authority approval processes.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Civil Defence, etc.).
• Experience working in both contractor and developer environments is a plus.
• PMP certification or similar project management credentials are an advantage.
