Senior Quantity Surveyor

This opportunity is with our client, a well-established diversified group in the UAE with a strong presence across construction and industrial projects.

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and monthly commercial reports
• Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare payment applications, invoices, and subcontractor payment certificates
• Handle variations, claims, VO submissions, and final account settlements
• Support procurement activities and evaluate subcontractor quotations
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors on commercial matters
• Assist in extension of time (EOT) claims and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial procedures

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of contracts, commercial management, and cost control
• UAE/GCC project experience preferred
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
