Revive Renovation & Contracting Dubai is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and oversee premium residential and commercial renovation projects across Dubai.

• Manage renovation, fit‑out, landscaping, and swimming pool projects from inception through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate Project Engineers, Procurement, Estimation, Site Teams, Consultants, and Subcontractors.
• Manage project schedules, procurement, budgets, variations, and overall project execution.
• Liaise directly with clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage authority approvals, NOCs, inspections, and compliance requirements with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), and other relevant authorities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai as a Project Manager within the renovation, fit‑out, and construction industry.
• Proven experience managing premium residential villa and apartment renovations, commercial fit‑out projects, landscaping works, and swimming pool construction.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong site management and construction background is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of fit‑out, renovation, civil works, MEP, joinery, landscaping, and finishing works.
• Strong understanding of project planning, procurement, budgeting, cost control, and project delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, client management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality, schedule, and budget.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
