We're Hiring:
Quantity Surveyor – Villa Projects
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team for the execution of high-end villa projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing BOQs, evaluating subcontractor claims, handling variations, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, estimation, and cost control.
- Experience with subcontractor management and contract administration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
